Home Infusion RN Opportunity – Montgomery, AL! We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy and skilled nursing care to patients throughout the Montgomery area. What You’ll Do: Provide skilled nursing and IV infusion therapy in patients’ homes Complete patient assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans Administer IV medications, start peripheral IVs, and maintain IV access Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and care needs Monitor patient response, identify potential adverse reactions, and communicate changes in condition Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning/discharge planning Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while working independently in the home setting Requirements: Active RN license in the applicable state(s) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel to patient homes Strong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and provide safe, high-quality patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr
