Fence Installer
Louisville, KY
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Full-Time
Fence Installer Requirements

Previous fence installation or construction experience required
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic layouts or plans
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Key Responsibilities

Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
Dig post holes using manual or powered equipment
Set posts in concrete, ensuring proper alignment and spacing
Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and hardware
Safely operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, augers, and levels
Follow project specifications, site plans, and local guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment
Follow all company safety procedures
