Compensation: $109,500 - $192,400 yearly Qualifications Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships. Proven track record of being a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and motivation. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new tools and strategies. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule to meet personal and professional goals. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple transactions and client interactions simultaneously. Familiarity with the local real estate market or a keen interest in learning about it quickly. Responsibilities Engage with potential buyers and sellers daily to build and maintain a robust client pipeline. Utilize proven scripts and tools to convert everyday conversations into signed agreements. Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance your skills and boost your confidence.
